As Managing Director, Neil Coates is responsible for the Companys strategic direction and the development of the business. Having worked in local government, consulting engineering and utilities contracting, he joined the board of LPC in 2002. Neil's business development expertise and strategic thinking provides a strong base for forming productive and stimulating client/contractor relations.

Having formed the company in 1997, it's Construction Director, Patrick Leneghan heads the Operations Division and is directly responsible for works delivery and resource management. Everyday Patrick applies his 'hands-on' approach and practical knowledge of the business to finding dynamic solutions for LPC's numerous and varied clients.

Paul Phillips is LPC Construction’s Commercial Director and joined the Board of Directors in 2002. With twenty years experience as a QS and in senior commercial roles for blue chip main contractors, Paul's expertise has enabled the business to grow and maintain a strong financial position.
