LPC completed this project in early 2008, which consisted of installing EDF Energy high voltage ducting and associated joint bays from Sumner Street to Southwark Bridge Road in South London. Up to thirty two ducts were laid in a trench two metres deep and the project was notable for the significant difficulties encountered in relation to the proliferation of existing services and mains, old tram lines and ancient burial grounds.
